Four men sitting in front of a table in a room. Then came upon them the fifth, carrying what would seem like four dossiers, each seemed to look hefty and most were stuffed with rap sheets, photos of mug shots, and compromising files.
"So, gentlemen," the fifth man closed the door behind him. "I had to pull some favors from the FBI, Local PD, CIA--no, wait, that seemed to go too far," he stated, "but I can assure you, these are all I can give to you about who are we going up against, and a little insight on how worthy it is to see these men be put behind bars." As those words flew from his mouth, he stacked the dossiers on the table. The other four men, each seemed to be more eager than another, quickly snatched the dossiers and flipped them open to see what sort of sins caused these four individuals to be collectors of rap sheets.
"So McConley, what are these you're giving us? Can you kindly convince us we are not looking at rap sheets of four unlikely thug from an unlikely ally that would certainly rob us for even more unlikely money?" asked one of the four men. "Yeah, Callum," added the other. "These individuals seemed to be that of those street criminals who wanted nothing more than easy cash." Detective Callum McConley sighed. "I say you read those hard-earned intel, then you start on piling me with questions."
The first dossier was that of all written information regarding "Trey Becks. Born and raised on this city. Former taxi driver, now he is a well-known street racer. While these criminal records I'm looking at showed nothing standing out, he was charged at least four times for illegal racing and twice for grand theft auto. Known to have resisted arrest once, witnesses stated that he was chased by 15 police officers across 8 rooftops before actually being apprehended due to tripping on a clothesline and landing on a dumpster" said the man who got Becks' dossier. As he flipped to the next page, he was shown a mug shot of this Trey Becks. It showed a mid to late 20s African-American person with an obvious streak of cockiness just drawn on his face. Although only his mugshots were shown, he was obviously depicted of wearing a black hoodie mostly with hat down and a purple bandana on his bald head.
The second dossier displayed the known intel of Mitch Kwang. "Mitch Kwang was born in Singapore and he was raised in Singapore up until he joined the military program compulsory for adolescents reaching the age of seventeen. After the military program, he relocated to United States, where he stayed until now. He was known to be very intelligent and had no problems working his way around modern technology, most notably computer science. It was stated here that he was charged twenty times for hacking and was arrested three times for theft. Interestingly, all these thefts were all committed in electronic shops. His latest IQ score is 155." stated by the man reading Kwang's rap sheet. After flipping to the next page, he saw Kwang's mugshot: an early to mid 20s Asian, with a pair of glasses and the look that seemed to deceive anyone on first sight into believing that this boy barely even made it out of middle school. He seemed to be slightly overweight.
On the third dossier was all the data recorded on Drake Barons. "Born and raised in Canada, Drake Barons was a known contender in the Mixed Martial Arts sport. He was known to be a particularly good fighter, winning 40 fights with 9 KOs and losing 11. That is, until he met Joe Brass for the welterweight champion belt. After 5 rounds, he found out that Brass had been taking performance-enhancing medicine during the break time. In the sixth, he violently beat Brass and almost killed him. If it weren't for the officials, Barons was said to have killed Brass. Brass himself was suspended, but Barons didn't stop assaulting Brass during his time of suspension; his training, his lunch time, hell, even his window shopping time. This made Barons to be disqualified from the MMA Championship. Now, Barons currently collected paychecks from underground fighting rings and he currently made his living from that line of occupation. He was arrested and charged for mostly petty crimes: twice for assault, seven times for mugging, and five times for armed robbery." the man who got Barons' dossier read aloud. The next page contained, yet again, Barons' mugshots. His showed a man with a receding hairline, with age ranging from early to mid 30s. Even from his mugshots it can be seen that his body was packed with musles and obviously ripped. His look was that of a regular thug on a regular mugshot but with an empty and firm glare on whoever saw him.
The fourth dossier was filled with records of Johnnie Craig. "Ex-soldier," said the fourth man, "Served the country during the Vietnam War, went on four tours across North Vietnam, honorably discharged after the war ended, and now he was tied to both street and organized crime in this city. Field reports suggests he is the head of the Mean Street Gang, of which was known as the most powerful crime syndicate in town. Said gang, as reports suggests, took control of the underworld of crime in this city: drug trafficking, extortion, gun trade, and even prostitution." The dossier was different from the others; while the other three misfits consisted mostly of mugshots and rap sheets, Johnnie's dossier contained mostly documents from his years of service in Vietnam. There were a couple of photos of him and his brother-in-arms. Also, his dossier was noted for having little to no mugshots of himself. The closest picture of his current days were several shots of his face, which looked like it was taken by an undercover officer, as they were not very clear. Most depicted him wearing a black leather jacket with white shirt underneath and a fishing hat.
"Detective," asked one of the four men, "I was just wondering if you can explain to us what does this all mean. What I'm saying is that these four men are indeed, erm, how would you say it, diverse, but they don't have that much of a pattern we can see, especially regarding of our objective now." The other added, " Yes, the primary objective of our operation is a kill/capture order on Stane Oakley. How do these individuals are connected to him?"
Callum paused for a brief moment, before replying, "Stane Oakley is a former Gulf War soldier who was tied to international gun running trade, responsible for the disappearance of the Fox Company in Iraq. He was also believed to be involved in the massacre of innocent Iraqi men, women, and children during the war. Now he relocated his weapons business to our country and was known to supply over sixty-four organized crime syndicate all over the mainland. So the last time I heard he was in this city for business, I immediately knew this was the best time to finally put this sonofabitch down. Those dossiers? Johnnie Craig had let Stane into his gang as a weapons supplier and constant benefactor. The other three? They are Johnnie's top and most trusted lieutenants. If we can get close to them, we can get close to Johnnie. If we can get close to Johnnie, we can get close to Stane and finally we get to put down Stane for good."
